ÜÇGEN has created a hotel from the ruins of the Soviet’s legacy...
The major project of ÜÇGEN in Georgia, Iveria Radisson SAS Hotel in the Capital Tbilisi has been opened.
Major distinction of the Hotel Iveria is being the biggest hotel in Georgia. It has been completed with a
cost of 61.5 million USD by a team having about one thousand 500 of manpower by working day and night,
despite the economic crisis and the Russian occupation in 2008. The Hotel Iveria which is located just
in the heart of city center on the Rose Revolution Square in Tbilisi, was the 5th class hotel with its
grey and huge walls being in service for domestic tourism.

Üçgen İnşaat has executed the construction of the Crystal Park situated on the Region Kurtkoy-Pendik
(İstanbul).

The name of the project is 'Ozerniy Gorodok' (Lake City).
The prestigious hotel complex to be constructed near by the shore of Khimki Dam Lake in the suburb of
Moscow, will be executed by the group of companies among which is Turkish company Üçgen İnşaat.
It is expected that the colossal hotel complex which will have a capacity of more than 1000 rooms, costs
around 450 million USD. This news report has been sent out by Anvar Hamzatov, representative of Riberalta
Investment Ltd. which is the authorized company of the Moscow City Government, to Intefaks Press Agency.
